    I weighed 245 right before I went on a diet and all I did was quit sugar almost completely,it's hard to cut it out entirely but I cut wayyyyy down and I do a few situps and pushups everyday sometimes every other day and in 1 year I've lost 145 lbs

    Trust me, I didn't eat any sugar for 2 months even though my family brought cakes, biscuits and candies everyweek . They all are just addicted with sugar. I already lost 10 kg with my healthy diet and workouts.. now I'm 50 kg. But still I eat only in an occasion otherwise I don't even add sugar to a tea. 😊.

    Potatoes, oatmeal, apples all add to my cravings. Organic, grass-fed butter is nutritious and satisfying. This video is 8 years old and not up to date with the latest research.
